Relationships, whether familial or social, greatly shape one's personal qualities and values. Thus, these relationships provide a vehicle for building self-awareness, the ability to appreciate others' perspectives, and an understanding of how one can impact another and vice versa.

Following the ‘Self-awareness' campaign, CHUM launched the ‘My friends' campaign. This aimed to help our Little Chums (mentees) build interpersonal/relationship-building skills and continue developing their self-awareness. Supported by our Big Chums, Little Chums would participate in a range of activities centering around:

1. Appreciating others' perspectives

2. Understanding the self through interpersonal relationships

3. Identifying problems

4. Finding various solutions to such problems
